Course Description

The aim of this course is to enable students develop knowledge and skills in assessing strategic position, determining strategic choice, and implementing strategic action through beneficial business process and structural change.This course is intended to provide students with a general understanding of strategy formulation with some basic skills in its implementation. It focuses on strategy formulation, implementation and performance. The course covers the identification and analysis of external opportunities and constraints and with the development of internal capabilities in response to these factors. Investigates the main functions of the corporation: products/services, research and development; manufacturing, marketing, finance/accounting, and human resources.
